Consistent service, reliable platform

This was my third time renewing Dribbble Pro. I initially signed up a few years ago for the portfolio hosting and have kept coming back. The platform is very reliable; I've never had any downtime issues with my work. My previous experiences were smooth, and this renewal was no different. It's always been straightforward to manage my subscription and upload new projects. They deliver what they promise, which is why I continue to use it for my design work.

Good for inspiration

I got the Dribbble Pro subscription last month. Found some great UI Kits for my project. The search was a bit clunky, but overall it's a solid resource. Worth it for the assets.

Smooth Pro Business experience

We signed up for Dribbble Pro Business to hire a new designer. The ordering process was straightforward, and setting up our profile was easy enough. We posted a Product Design Job and got several good applications within a week. Customer support was helpful when I had a question about filtering candidates. The only minor hiccup was the initial setup being a bit slow to load, but once it was up, the platform worked well. Definitely helped us find talent faster than other sites we've used.

Good for exposure, slow support

I got the Dribbble Pro subscription mainly for the portfolio hosting and to get more eyes on my designs. It's definitely helped with exposure, and I like the community feel. The interface is clean and easy to navigate. However, I had a question about integrating my custom domain, and customer support took about 3 days to get back to me. It wasn't a critical issue, but it felt a bit slow. Overall, good value for the price, but they could improve response times.

Easy to find inspiration and assets

I recently bought a few UI Kits and some Vector Illustrations from the marketplace after browsing for a while. The purchasing process was super smooth, just a couple of clicks and I had the downloads. Everything was well-organized in my account. The quality of the assets was really good, exactly as described and shown in the previews. It saved me a lot of time on my project. I also use the platform a lot for design inspiration, it's a great resource for seeing what others are creating. No complaints about the quality or ease of use.

Love my Dribbble Pro!

I absolutely love my Dribbble Pro subscription! I found so many amazing fonts and vector illustrations for my personal projects. The design courses are really helpful too, I learned a lot. It's just fantastic for getting new ideas and improving my skills. I will definitely keep my subscription and tell all my design friends about it. So much good stuff, it's great!

Job posting was okay

I posted a UX Design Job on Dribbble last month. It was pretty simple to set up the listing. I got a decent amount of applications, but it wasn't as many as I hoped for. Still, I found a couple of good candidates through it. The interface for managing applicants was a bit clunky, I thought. Like, finding specific resumes was a bit of a hunt sometimes. It worked out in the end, but could be smoother.

Is there a trick to getting invited to Dribbble these days? Been trying forever.

W William Martinez 1 month ago
Honestly, best bet is to build a killer portfolio on another platform and then ask someone already on Dribbble for an invite. Or enter one of their contests sometimes they give out invites.

It's tough! I got in by showing a really strong niche portfolio to someone who was looking to invite new talent. Just keep improving your work.

Thinking about getting a Pro subscription for Dribbble, but wondering if it's actually worth it compared to just using Behance for my portfolio. Any thoughts?

M Mary W. 1 month ago
Honestly, for showing off work, Dribbble has a more polished vibe. The community interaction feels a bit different too, more about quick inspiration. Behance is good for longer case studies though.

It depends what you're trying to do. If you want quick feedback on shots and to browse a lot of UI/UX stuff, Dribbble's awesome. For pure portfolio hosting with detailed projects, Behance might be 'enough' for free. Dribbble Pro adds some nice features though, like the job board access.

Hey, thinking about getting Dribbble Pro. Is it really worth it for finding freelance gigs, or am I better off with something like Upwork?

C Chris T. 1 week ago
Pro has some good features for visibility, but finding freelance work kinda depends on your portfolio and networking too. It's not a magic bullet.

A Andrew 1 week ago
Yeah, I've landed a few smaller projects through Dribbble, mostly from people seeing my shots. Upwork feels more like a grind for me, but it probably varies by what kind of design you do.

Hey, anyone know if Dribbble does a student discount for Pro? Trying to save some cash while I'm still in school.

J Jennifer 2 weeks ago
Yeah, they totally do! I signed up last year with my student email and got a good chunk off the Pro subscription. Check their site, usually a link for it.

I think I remember seeing something about it during back to school season. Worth a look on their pricing page, should be mentioned there if it's active.

What's the real difference between Dribbble and Behance? Trying to decide where to focus my time.

E Ella 2 weeks ago
Dribbble feels more like quick, digestible shots and a community vibe, while Behance is usually for more in-depth project case studies. Depends on how you want to showcase.

P Patricia 2 weeks ago
Yeah, Dribbble is great for showing off UI elements, icons, small animations. Behance is better for full projects, like the whole brand identity or a complete app design with explanations. I use both differently.

Anyone know if Dribbble does student discounts? My budget is super tight right now.

T Tim Thomas 3 weeks ago
Yeah they usually do! Check their site, I think it's somewhere in the 'Pro' section or the FAQs.

G Grace H. 2 weeks ago
I got one last year, just had to verify my student email. It was a pretty decent percentage off the annual plan, definitely worth looking into.

thinking about grabbing a job board posting. do they ever have sales on those?

J Jason Turner 4 weeks ago
They do, usually around Black Friday or Cyber Monday. Keep an eye out then.

B Brittany Diaz 4 weeks ago
I've seen promo codes for job postings, not super often, but they pop up. Sometimes if you're a Pro user there might be a small discount too, I think?

Does Dribbble usually have any sales around Black Friday or Cyber Monday for their Pro subscriptions? Don't want to buy it now if a big discount is coming.

M Melissa R. 1 month ago
Oh yeah, 100%. They pretty much always have Black Friday deals, usually a good percentage off the annual Pro plan. Definitely wait if you can.

C Chris Torres 1 month ago
I got my Pro sub during a Cyber Monday sale a couple years ago. I think it was like 25-50% off or something. Totally worth holding out a few weeks for if you're not in a rush.
